Shipping and delivery

Samix-store ships every day (excluding holidays), all orders placed will be shipped within 1-3 working days, via the following couriers: Poste, BRT, Inpost
Delivery is generally expected within 24 hours of the goods leaving, and within 48 hours for islands or hard-to-reach areas.
When your package leaves, you will receive an email with the order summary and all costs, along with the shipping number, package ID and customer code.

Shipping is FREE on our site!

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regarding any returns, modifications or repairs.

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must ensure that the package is intact, undamaged, and untampered with. Otherwise, they must accept it "with reservation" and verify any damage to the goods and/or missing items.

If any problems of this kind occur, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
