Warranty and assistance
The products are tested and checked upon packaging by our technicians.
We offer 30 days of free assistance for manufacturing defects on low-cost rifles and pistols (over €100), not for damage caused by misuse. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once the free assistance expires, a support service will be provided, with one of our technicians available for repairs, modifications, and various assistance.
The cost of labor is €15.00 per hour.
SAMIXSTORE HAS AN INTERNAL TECHNICIAN AT ITS DISPOSAL FOR REPAIRS AND ASSISTANCE OR MODIFICATIONS ON RIFLES AND PISTOLS.
Estimates will be prepared upon specific request from the Customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event that a purchase contract is concluded away from business premises, such sale is subject to Directive No. 85/577 EEC, which provides the buyer with the right of withdrawal. This also includes online purchases, although made only by the end user, excluding authorized retailers and companies. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify SAMIX-STORE within 10 days of receiving the goods by registered mail with return receipt, sent within the same period and confirmed by registered mail with return receipt within the following forty-eight hours, of their decision—even if unmotivated—to exercise the right of withdrawal. The customer must indicate their name, surname, address, telephone number, a copy of the purchase document, and their serial number. The customer must also return the goods to Samix-store within the tenth day. The returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories supplied at the time of purchase, along with the purchase receipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the end user. Within 30 days of receiving the returned product, samix-store will credit the buyer with the amount paid, less any additional costs (delivery costs).
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK
If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased item, he or she may exchange it for another item or request a refund within 10 days of the date of delivery of the goods.
The goods must be perfect in aesthetics, packaging and functioning.
Therefore, all items that are clearly used, in poor aesthetic or packaging condition, or tampered with by the Customer or third parties will not be eligible for the 'Satisfaction or Refund' formula: if the Customer wishes to return an item anyway, we can take it back, assessing it as used.

Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
